Funny poster but sadly for many it's so true. I started going to a gym Dec 2011 doing weights & cardio. Dropped my weight from 86kg to 70gkg in 6 months. Feel so much more energetic, healthier & happier for it. Started crossfit a week ago & while I am struggling with some of the exercises which gets me a bit discouraged I am really enjoying it. It gets me puffing far more than any regular workout.
